NOTA: Night of the Arts

Night of the Arts 
Due to current rain forecast for March 25th, our much anticipated NOTA event has been postponed and will be rescheduled.  The forecast of potential rain interrupts many of our NOTA outdoor events and in an effort to avoid last minute changes, we are revising the date.  The revised date will be forthcoming this week.  Please stay tuned for further announcements.  Thank you for your understanding. 1.  SAVE THE DATE!!! Our school event "NIGHT OF THE ARTS" (NOTA) is coming up TBA (Weather Cancelation)  We hope to see all Woodlake families at this fantastic affair highlighting art projects all Woodlake students in grades K- 5th have been busy creating this year. Your child's artwork from art class will be available to take home (custom framing available), live theater performances, chorus performances, orchestra performances, cuisine food trucks, a mystical recycled art garden display, local artists exhibits and so much more will be part of the evenings festivities. Entrance to this event is free!  Again, at this event you will see and be able to take home all the many art projects your child has been working on during art class.  See attached announcement.

2.  If you would like to have your child's art on display at NOTA in a frame, place your order early and receive a discounted price for custom framing of your child's art.  The art will be displayed in a frame at the NOTA event....take it home that evening!  Early orders must be deliver ed by:_________ drop off your order form to ptsa box.  Order form/flier below, Office also has copies.

3.  Pre-sale tickets on sale now for the NOTA orchestra/chorus shows.  $2.00 per ticket.  There will be two show times, each show time includes the same performances.  A flier went home with your child.  Return pre-sale performance orders to ptsa box. Order form/flier attached!  Office also has copies.


*Calling all Parent Volunteers, pre-event help needed!!! Volunteers are needed from 8 - 2 pm in the library to help set up the student art exhibits for NOTA display. If you can volunteer any please email suziluet@yahoo.com.....additionally a sign up sheet is posted in the front office.  We need parent volunteers! 

*Calling all Parent Volunteers! Students/parents are needed for event set up from 3:30 - 6 pm.  This is the day before the event.  Additionally parent/student volunteers are needed on Saturday from 3 - 5 pm before the event begins!  If you can volunteer any of these times, please email suziluet@yahoo.com.  Additionally a sign up sheet is posted in the front office.
Please order your orchestra and chorus performance tickets with the pdf order form below and turn in to the main office.
If you would like to purchase your child's artwork in a professional frame the pre order form is also below for you to submit to the main office.
